What Kind Of Information May Be Collected?

Casmul may collect information which specifically identifies an individual, such as name, e-mail or Facebook/Twitter log-in, and information about the user’s activities when such information is directly linked to the user. Casmul may also collect aggregate information, which is non-personally identifiable information about the characteristics and activities of the users of the platform, and other online services. This policy does not restrict our collection or use of this non-personal or aggregate information.

Information which may be collected includes:

• Information provided to Casmul by the user, such as personal information entered by the user to the Casmul Multiplayer-Social Gaming platform. We will securely store and save the personal information which you chose, or may be required to enter, such as name, address, e-mail, phone number and/or credit card information. We may combine information which you give to us with information from other sources, such as Twitter or Facebook (with your consent) in order to provide you the user, and the game developer with the best possible service.
• We may automatically collect information through our Multiplayer network about the way that users interact with the games and the multiplayer portal. We automatically receive and store certain information such as when you log on and off of the portal, and information about how our multiplayer portal is used. This information may include, but is not limited to information about, browsers, session information, cookies, devicy type, carrier, IP address, unique device ID, carrier user ID, geo-location, history, and advertisement clicks. Casmul may track user information over time and over multiple publisher sites and channels in order to improve our services.

How do we use the information which we receive?

We use the information we receive through our operations to:

• Run and continue to improve our services
• Provide and deliver products and services to you, and to communicate new services, products or promotions and/or related information such as updates, support, confirmations, etc

Is the information which is provided to Casmul shared with others?

Casmul does not share its users information except in the following cases:

• With the user’s permission, for example when you agree to our sharing your information with a third party for their own purposes subject to their own privacy policies
• Because Casmul customers are also the customers of our clients, the game/app developers, user information, both personal and aggregate gathered by Casmul may be shared with the parties concerned in the creation of the particular application for the purposes of improvement of their services, and therefore becomes subject to other privacy policies.
• For the protection of our company, and of others: We may release account and personal info if we believe that the information’s release is necessary or appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our user agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of our company, our users or our clients. This includes sharing some information with other companies for fraud protection or credit risk reduction.
• Corporate Transfers of Financing: Casmul may share your personal information in connection with any merger, sale of our assets, or an acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
• Aggregate Information: Aggregate (non-personal) information may be shared with our clients, advertisers, publishers and other related third parties as Casmul finds appropriate.

Casmul takes measures to ensure that information it receives will be kept and acquired in a safe and secure manner, in order to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction or loss. We cannot, however, ensure the security of any information which we receive.

Information You Can Change

You may access and change information which you entered into the Casmul Multiplayer Social Gaming portal, and/or into the application which has Casmul functionality. The scope and settings of your ability to change this information may change depending on the application which you are using, and the application’s developer and publisher. However, it is your right to leave the Casmul network, and to cease any future contact between our company or affiliates and yourself, at any time.

Changes to this policy

Changes to this policy may be made at any time at the sole discretion of Casmul, without notification or warning. The date at the top of the document will accurately reflect the date of last update to the document.
